Storefront and Identity Display Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2026 Version: 1.0 Applies to: All Sellers who offer products or services through the Platform.

Article 1: Introduction and Scope

1.1 This document governs the Seller's storefront and identity display: what a Buyer sees about the Seller, the display name rules, ratings and published metrics, return and fulfillment disclosure, prohibited storefront content, and the Seller's duty to keep storefront information true. This document implements the Selling Terms of Service and the disclosure duties in the INFORM Act Compliance Policy.

1.2 Every product sold by a Seller shall be displayed as "Sold by {Seller name}", using the Seller's display name under Article 3. A product sold by the Company shall be displayed as "Sold by Pawz Shop". No offer shall be displayed without identification of the seller of record.

1.3 If a provision of this document conflicts with the Terms of Use, this document controls for the subject it governs. If a provision conflicts with the Selling Terms of Service or the INFORM Act Compliance Policy, the higher document controls for that subject.

Article 2: Definitions

2.1 The definitions in the Terms of Use and the Selling Terms of Service are incorporated into this document. The following additional definitions apply (a) Storefront: the page and display elements that present the Seller to Buyers, including the display name, disclosures, ratings, metrics, and return summary.

(b) Display Name: the name shown for the Seller on the Storefront and on each offer, which shall be the Seller's legal business name or a registered doing-business-as name on file.

(c) Offer: each place a Buyer can purchase a Product or Service, including a product detail page and a listing in search or category results.

Article 3: What a Buyer Sees; Display Name

3.1 The Storefront shall show: the Display Name; the disclosures required by the INFORM Act Compliance Policy for a Seller at or above the disclosure threshold in that policy; the Seller's average rating and review count; fulfillment metrics the Company elects to publish; and a summary of the Seller's return window. On each Offer, the Buyer shall see the Display Name, the fulfillment method, the delivery promise, and the return window. An anonymous Offer is prohibited; an Offer that does not identify the seller of record shall not be made available for purchase.

3.2 The Company controls Storefront presentation, including which metrics are published and how disclosures are formatted. The Seller supplies the underlying facts: name, policies, and products: and is responsible for the truth of facts the Seller supplies under Article 6.

3.3 The Display Name shall be the Seller's legal business name or a registered doing-business-as name on file. A Display Name shall not be a slogan, a keyword string, or a name created for a single product line without a registration on file.

3.4 A Display Name shall not: (a) impersonate another seller or brand; (b) include contact information, including an email address, a telephone number, or a uniform resource locator; (c) include a promotional claim, including a claim of lowest price, highest rank, or guaranteed price; (d) use the Company's name or trademarks in a manner that implies Company endorsement, including a claim of preferred seller status that the Company has not granted; or (e) include personal data of an individual, including an owner's name, a home address, or a personal telephone number, except legal name disclosure required by the INFORM Act Compliance Policy and then only to the extent that policy requires.

3.5 A Display Name change requires verification review. The Seller shall submit the doing-business-as registration or amended entity documents supporting the new name, and the name changes only after the Company verifies the documents. Until a verified change is complete, a name change is requested through support@aapawz.com and is not effected by the Seller directly.

3.6 Three Display Name changes in 12 months trigger enhanced verification review under the Business Verification Policy, because repeated name changes are a risk indicator for evasion of Buyer recognition, brand claims, or enforcement.

Article 4: Ratings, Reviews, and Published Metrics

4.1 The Storefront shows the Seller's average rating and review count, computed from Buyer reviews of the Seller's fulfilled Orders. The Seller shall not write the Seller's own rating, shall not select which reviews display, and shall not suppress a negative review. Review integrity, including prohibition of fake reviews, review extortion, and selective solicitation, is governed by the applicable product review policy for sellers.

4.2 A fulfillment metric the Company elects to publish: including on-time shipment rate, order defect rate, or cancellation rate: is computed from the Company's Order data and is not self-reported. The metric shown to a Buyer is the same figure shown to the Seller in Seller Center.

4.3 A new Seller with no history shows no rating and no metric. No rating shall be presented as a numerical rating with zero reviews, and no rating or metric shall be imported or backfilled from off-Platform history.

Article 5: Return and Fulfillment Disclosure; Prohibited Content

5.1 The Storefront shall summarize the Seller's return window in headline terms from the Return and Refund Policy: Sellers (Return and Refund Policy — Sellers): the number of days, the party that pays return shipping, and restocking terms where applicable. The summary shall link to the full policy and shall match the full policy. A summary that states a period different from the Seller's governing return terms is a listing accuracy violation.

5.2 Each Offer shall state the fulfillment method and the delivery promise plainly: the party that ships the Product, the period within which the Product leaves for shipment, and the expected arrival period. A Seller-fulfilled Offer and an Offer fulfilled under a Company fulfillment program for the same Product shall show different fulfillment statements, distinguishable by the Buyer before payment.

5.3 The Storefront and all Seller-visible content shall not contain: (a) an off-Platform contact solicitation or transaction diversion, including a direction to message through an external service for a better price, an external checkout link, or a direction to pay the Seller directly; (b) an external payment instruction, because every Platform Order is paid through Platform checkout; (c) counterfeit or infringing branding, governed by the applicable counterfeit and intellectual property policies; (d) deceptive rating or review content, governed by Article 4; or (e) personal data of an individual, except as Clause 3.4(e) permits.

5.4 Diversion of a Buyer off the Platform is prohibited conduct under the Selling Terms of Service and is handled as serious conduct under the Seller Enforcement Policy, because a diverted transaction is a transaction the Company cannot protect, cannot report for tax purposes, and cannot refund.

5.5 A link to a brand website for brand information is permitted where the Company permits such a link through the website field on file. A link to a checkout, a buy-direct page, a payment application handle, or any path that completes a purchase off the Platform is prohibited.

Article 6: Storefront Accuracy

6.1 The Seller is responsible for the truth of Storefront content the Seller supplied, including the name, the tagline, the return summary, and product content. The Company is responsible for the truth of content the Company computes, including ratings, metrics, and disclosure formatting.

6.2 On a change to an underlying fact: including a new doing-business-as name, a new returns address, or a new return window: the Seller shall update the record promptly and in any event within 10 business days in accordance with the Business Verification Policy. The Storefront updates after verification where verification is required. A Storefront that shows a returns address the Seller vacated is the Seller's violation where the Seller failed to update the record under this Clause.

6.3 The Company may correct or remove Storefront content that violates this document without the Seller's prior consent. Removal of content is not the finding; a finding and a measure follow under the Seller Enforcement Policy, with appeal under the Appeals Policy.

6.4 The Seller shall keep records supporting Storefront facts: including doing-business-as registrations, entity amendments, and return policy records: and shall produce them on request in connection with verification, an investigation, or an appeal.

Article 7: Liability

7.1 Exclusion of certain damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to this document, even if the party has been advised of the possibility of those damages.

7.2 Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to this document shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts the Seller paid to the Company under this document in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

7.3 Carve-outs. This Article does not limit (a) a party's indemnification obligations under this document; (b) liability for fraud or willful misconduct; (c) amounts the Seller owes for Orders, fees, chargebacks, or refunds under this document; or (d) liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7.4 Essential purpose. The parties agree that this Article allocates risk between them, that it is an essential part of the basis of their bargain, and that it applies even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Article 8: Indemnification

8.1 Duty. The Seller shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against every claim, demand, action, loss, liability, judgment, settlement, cost, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) the Seller's breach of this document; (b) the Seller's Products, Services, listings, or User Content, including product liability claims; (c) infringement or alleged infringement of intellectual property or other rights by the Seller's Products, listings, or User Content, including a Display Name that infringes a trademark; (d) a product recall of the Seller's Products, including recall costs; (e) the Seller's violation of any law or of the rights of any person; and (f) taxes for which the Seller is responsible under this document.

8.2 Procedure. The Company shall give prompt written notice of a claim under this Article. The Seller shall control the defense with counsel reasonably acceptable to the Company. The Company may participate in the defense at its own expense. The Seller shall not settle a claim in a manner that imposes any obligation or restriction on the Company, or that does not release the Company fully, without the Company's prior written consent.

8.3 Survival. This Article survives the termination of this document.

Article 9: Enforcement and Appeals

9.1 Investigation. The Company may investigate any suspected violation of this document. The Seller shall cooperate with an investigation and shall produce the records this document requires the Seller to keep.

9.2 Notice. If the Company determines that the Seller has violated this document, the Company shall give written notice stating the provision violated and the facts relied on, except where notice would compromise an investigation of fraud, a safety risk, or a legal obligation.

9.3 Opportunity to cure. Where a violation is capable of cure, the Seller has ten (10) business days from notice to cure it and to confirm the cure in writing. No cure period applies to fraud, counterfeiting, a risk to the safety of a person or an animal, unlawful conduct, or a violation that by its nature cannot be cured.

9.4 Measures. If a violation is established and is not cured within the period allowed, the Company may, proportionate to the violation: (a) issue a written warning; (b) remove or suppress a listing or content; (c) cancel an Order or a booking; (d) suspend the Account or a program participation, in whole or in part; (e) terminate the Selling Terms of Service and the Account; and (f) exercise any other right or remedy available under this document or at law. The Company may hold disbursements to the Seller while an investigation under this Article is pending, and shall release amounts not required to satisfy the Seller's obligations when the investigation closes.

9.5 Appeal. The Seller may appeal a measure under this Article by written notice to legal@aapawz.com within thirty (30) days of the measure, stating the grounds and attaching the records relied on. The appeal is decided by a person who did not make the original decision. The Company's decision on appeal is final. A measure remains in effect during an appeal unless the Company directs otherwise in writing.

9.6 No waiver by delay. The Company's delay in acting on a violation is not a waiver of the violation or of any later violation of the same kind.

Article 10: Term and Termination

10.1 Term. This document takes effect when the Seller is accepted to sell through the Platform and continues until terminated under this Article.

10.2 Termination by the Company. The Company may terminate this document and the Account on thirty (30) days' written notice for any reason, and immediately on written notice if the Seller materially breaches this document, engages in fraud, or becomes ineligible to participate.

10.3 Termination by the Seller. The Seller may terminate this document on thirty (30) days' written notice to support@aapawz.com, provided the Seller has no Order, booking, or investigation outstanding.

10.4 Effect of termination. On termination: (a) the rights granted under this document end; (b) obligations that arose before termination: including payment, refund, chargeback, record-keeping, and indemnification obligations: survive until satisfied; and (c) the Company shall disburse amounts owed, less amounts the Company may set off under the Selling Terms of Service, within thirty (30) days, except amounts held in connection with an open investigation or dispute.

10.5 Survival. The Definitions, Liability, Indemnification, Enforcement and Appeals (for measures taken before termination), Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions Articles survive termination.

Article 11: Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this document, or to the relationship it governs, is governed by the Dispute Resolution Policy, which is incorporated into this document by reference.

Article 12: General Provisions

12.1 Amendments. The Company may amend this document by posting the amended document in the Document Center and giving notice to the Seller at the email address in the Account. An amendment that materially increases the Seller's fees or obligations takes effect thirty (30) days after notice; other amendments take effect on posting. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment is acceptance of it. If the Seller does not accept an amendment, the Seller's remedy is to terminate under Article 10 before the amendment takes effect.

12.2 Notices. Legal notices under this document shall be sent to legal@aapawz.com. Operational notices and all other communications shall be sent to support@aapawz.com. A notice to the Company is effective when the Company acknowledges receipt or, for email, one business day after sending, whichever is earlier. Notices to the Seller are effective when sent to the email address in the Account or posted to the Account's notice facility in the portal, whichever occurs first. The Seller shall keep the email address in the Account current. DMCA notices are given as provided in the DMCA and Copyright Policy, to the designated agent at legal@aapawz.com.

12.3 Governing law. This document is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the Dispute Resolution Policy, any proceeding arising out of this document shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of this document is held unenforceable, the provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

12.5 Entire agreement. This document, together with the documents it incorporates by reference, is the entire agreement between the Company and the Seller for the subject it governs and supersedes every prior or contemporaneous statement, communication, or agreement on that subject, whether written or oral.

12.6 Assignment. The Seller shall not assign this document or any right or obligation under it without the Company's prior written consent, and an assignment without consent is void. The Company may assign this document to an affiliate or in connection with a sale of all or part of its business, on notice to the Seller.

12.7 Waiver. A waiver of any provision of this document is effective only in writing and only for the instance stated. No waiver is a waiver of any other provision or instance.

12.8 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation." This document shall not be construed against a party as its drafter. The English-language text controls over any translation.
