This page explains how you enter Seller Center, how the portal identifies your seller account, and where each area of the portal is found. Seller Center is where you manage your listings, orders, shipping, returns, payments, and account settings for selling on All About Pawz.
Entering Seller Center
Seller Center is not open to the public, and there is no self-service sign-up on the storefront. A platform administrator creates your seller account first; you cannot create one yourself.
- Go to the seller sign-in page at
/access-seller. - Enter the email address and password for your seller account. The sign-in form offers the email and password path only.
- If the email address has no seller account, the page tells you that no seller account was found for that address and that seller accounts are created by an administrator.
Your seller sign-in is separate from your storefront customer sign-in. Every seller page checks your seller session, and a customer session does not carry over into Seller Center.
How the portal identifies you
After you sign in, the portal matches the email address you signed in with against your seller record. That match controls everything you see:
- If the two email addresses match, the portal shows your listings, orders, and account data.
- If they do not match, pages come back empty, with no error message. An empty dashboard with no error is most often an email mismatch. Contact your administrator with both email addresses so the record can be corrected.
Your seller record holds your legal name, display name, public page address, email, phone, website, seller type, commission rate, and approval status. Your display name and page address are the identity buyers see on the storefront, where your products are shown as "Sold by {your seller name}."

The agreement behind the portal
Everything in Seller Center operates under the Selling Terms of Service, including the term under which the Company collects buyer payments as your limited payment collection agent. The performance standards measured in the Performance area are stated in the Service Level Requirements, and enforcement for sellers is stated in the Seller Enforcement Policy. This page summarizes the Selling Terms of Service, which governs.
