Seller Center Troubleshooting

This page works through the problems sellers report most often in Seller Center: an empty portal after sign-in, a listing that is not on the storefront, a missing order, a late payout, a bulk action that completed in part, a policy warning, and a portal fault: in the order to check each one.

"I signed in but everything is empty"

No error and no data: a blank dashboard, no orders, no products: is almost always the seller identity match. The portal matches your sign-in email against your seller record; if they do not match, every page comes back empty. Check

  1. Are you signed in with the same email address that is on your seller record?
  2. Did your administrator create the account under a different email address: for example, a personal address instead of your work address?

Correcting the record is an administrator fix: contact your administrator with both email addresses. Less commonly, your session has expired; sign out and back in at /access-seller. See Seller Center Overview.

"My listing is not on the storefront"

Work this checklist in order

  1. Is it still in pending review? Check Catalog → Listings and read the status badge. New listings go into the review queue (see Creating Listings); submitted does not mean live.
  2. Was it suppressed? Check Catalog → Suppression for the reason. Common causes are a missing or lapsed brand authorization (see Brand Gating and Authorizations) and a content quality return (see Listing Content Standards).
  3. Is it a gated brand? If so, confirm you hold an approved authorization whose validity window includes today.
  4. Did you finish and save it? In particular, check express listings whose details were left to be completed later.

Do not relist a suppressed listing without fixing the cause; relisting without fixing it is a separate violation under the Seller Enforcement Policy.

"An order is missing from my inbox"

The inbox shows 100 orders per view, newest first. At volume, older orders sit behind that limit: use the status filter to narrow the view. Also confirm the order belongs to you: orders are matched to your seller account, and in a multi-seller order each seller sees only their own lines. See Orders, Acknowledgment and Shipping.

"My payout is late or missing"

Check in this order

  1. Does the new seller hold apply to the funds? (See Payments, Wallet and Payouts and the New Seller Payment Hold.)
  2. Is a rolling reserve retaining a percentage of the disbursement?
  3. Is a dispute holding funds?
  4. Is your payout method valid? Bank accounts close and cards expire.
  5. Did your wallet reach the payout threshold?

The Payouts page shows the status of each payout; "scheduled" is not "sent."

"A bulk action half-worked"

Bulk acknowledge and bulk ship can complete for some orders and fail for others. Before you retry, check which orders actually changed state: the order detail pages are the record. Retrying without checking can double-acknowledge an order or double-ship it, and a double shipment is a real second parcel with real postage.

"I received a policy warning, a suppression, or a restriction"

Do not ignore it, and do not relist around it. Follow these steps

  1. Read the notice. It cites the policy and the specific issue.
  2. Fix the underlying cause. The notice is about a condition, not only an incident.
  3. Check where the measure sits under the Seller Enforcement Policy, so you know what follows if the condition continues.
  4. Appeal if you have grounds, through Governance → Appeals, with evidence (see Policies, Violations and Appeals). "I disagree" is not a ground; "the finding is factually wrong, and here is the proof" is.

"Something in the portal is broken"

If a page errors or a control does nothing

  1. Note the exact page, what you selected, and what happened. Take a screenshot if you can.
  2. Report it through Communication → Support (/seller/communication/support) with those specifics.

A specific report is resolved faster than a general one: "the payouts page loads indefinitely after I select a payout, starting Tuesday" can be investigated; "the payouts page is broken" cannot, without further exchanges.
