AI Web Builder

This standard governs the AI web builder, the Company's own AI-assisted tool for preparing website content inside the content management system. It is used by Content Editors, who request and revise generated content; by the Store Manager and Web Administrator, who review and publish it; and by the AI Operations function, which operates the builder service under AI Operations Overview. The governing principle is stated once and applies everywhere in this standard: the builder prepares content for human review, and a person publishes. No generated content reaches the public site without a named human reviewing it and performing the publish step.

Roles and duties

  • Content Editor: requests generated content, revises it, verifies every factual claim against its source record, and submits it for publishing.
  • Store Manager / Web Administrator: reviews submitted content and performs the publish step; the publisher is the person answerable for what the site says.
  • AI Operations function: operates the builder service, maintains its instructions and evaluation under Prompt Library and Versioning and Evaluations, and investigates generated-content incidents under AI Incident Handling.
  • Legal function: approves any generated text that touches legal pages or waivers, under Legal and Waivers.

What the builder works from

The builder prepares content from the Company's real records, never from an open prompt alone. Its inputs and outputs follow the store rules of this console

  1. Service descriptions draw name, price, duration, and deposit terms from the booking catalog governed by Services and Pricing. The builder shall not state a price, duration, or term that is not in that record.
  2. Public service content is prepared for the public content store; reusable text is prepared for the reusable block store under the en-US locale rule in Website.
  3. Banners are prepared only in the valid banner types and placements stated in Website, with an end date always present.
  4. Search copy is prepared for the search metadata store, within the title and description lengths stated in Website.
  5. Gallery material is prepared for the public photo store only.
  6. Legal and waiver material is never generated as new text. The builder may prepare a placement of existing approved text for the policy store; the text itself comes from the governing library document, under Legal and Waivers.

The review-and-publish workflow

  1. The Content Editor requests content for a stated purpose and page.
  2. The builder produces the content as an item that is not live, in the normal editing flow. A generated banner is created inactive; a generated page is created in a non-live state. The publish controls remain in human hands in every case.
  3. The builder shows its sources for every factual claim: the record each price, duration, term, and hour came from: so the reviewer can verify before publishing.
  4. The Content Editor reads the whole item, verifies each factual claim against the shown source, and revises as needed. Generated text shall be read with the same care as text from an unfamiliar contributor: fluent wording is not evidence of accuracy.
  5. The reviewer submits the item; the Store Manager or Web Administrator previews it under the preview standard below and performs the publish step.
  6. The revision history records the item as generated, together with what the human changed before publishing. When generated copy causes a customer complaint, that history: not a recollection of what the tool produced: is the record of what was proposed and what a person approved.

Templates

Templates are reusable starting structures for the pages this business actually publishes: a service page, a promotion banner, a seasonal announcement. A service-page template draws the service name, price, and duration from the booking catalog automatically so the structure cannot drift from the catalog. A banner template offers only the valid types and placements. Templates define structure: headline, image, body, call to action: and leave wording, photographs, and specifics to the human. A template is a starting point under the same workflow: nothing prepared from a template is published without the review and publish steps above.

Preview standard

Before publishing, the reviewer shall preview the item as the customer will see it: the rendered page on desktop and mobile, with real data, real images, and the surrounding navigation. A preview showing placeholder text does not satisfy this standard. The preview shall also show the search rendering: the meta title and description as they will appear in results: and the social-sharing card. Particular attention goes to the failures generated content is prone to: a headline overflowing on mobile, an image cropped badly, a price rendering incorrectly. Preview first, publish second, for every item.

Controls

The builder has no publish permission and no path to the public site except through a human publish action in the normal console flow. Every generated item is marked as generated in the revision history, and every console action is audit-logged. Legal and waiver content is excluded from generation under step 6 above. The Web Administrator shall disable the builder's access to any store it is found writing to incorrectly, and report the event under AI Incident Handling.

Records

This standard produces generated items in the editing flow, their source citations, revision history marking them as generated with the human changes recorded, and the audit log entries for each console action. Generated-content records are retained with the page revision history, permanently.

Escalation

Generated content that misstates a price, a term, or a policy is treated as an AI incident under AI Incident Handling and reported to support@aapawz.com. Any question whether generated text may lawfully be published goes to legal@aapawz.com before publication.

Review cadence

The Web Administrator and the AI Operations function jointly review a sample of published generated content monthly, checking factual accuracy against source records, and review this standard quarterly.
