This page covers your learner account: why there is no separate learner sign-in, what one account across shopping and learning means in practice, what learning information your account carries, who can see it, and how to get help with access.
No separate learner sign-in
Your customer account is your learner account. There is no second learner credential, no student number to memorize, and no separate password. The sign-in page at /learn/sign-in presents the same enrollment information as /learn/enroll, because browsing the catalog, reading program pages, and joining the waitlist need no account at all.
- Browse the catalog and read program pages without signing in.
- Join the waitlist with an email address; see Enrollment and Waitlist.
- When you enroll, sign in with the customer account you already have. Your learner record is attached to that account.
What one account means
- One credential. The sign-in you use for the shop is the sign-in for the classroom.
- One profile. Your contact information lives in one place. Update it once and it is current everywhere.
- One history. Your learning record attaches to the same identity as your orders, which is what makes receipts for tuition, credential verification, and support work from one record. "I cannot reach my classroom" and "Where is my order" go to the same support team.
- One classroom header. In the classroom, the header shows your identity and your program standing, and sign-out ends your session and returns you to
/learn/sign-in.
What your learning account carries
Your learner record holds more than your shop record
- Your courses and your place in each one: current lesson, active work, and the state of your learning day.
- Your attempts and evidence: the full assessment record described in Progress Tracking.
- Your notes and work in progress: saved for each course. Work saved in your browser is tied to that browser; clearing your browser data removes unsaved local work, so finish and submit work you cannot afford to lose.
- Your schedule: school-day blocks and what is next.
- Your support history: hands raised, resolutions, and messages.
Your classroom search, inbox, and notebook are scoped to your identity: you see your courses, your notes, and your messages. Learners do not see one another's work, attempts, or records.
Your learning information and who sees it
Learning information is more sensitive than shopping information, and it is handled on that basis
- Assessment records: your attempts, misconceptions, and results: are educational records. They are visible to you and to the instructors and administrators who teach and run your program, and to no other learner.
- Consent to instruction by Professor. Learning with Professor means your questions, reasoning, and writing are part of the teaching exchange and part of your record. The admin console carries a dedicated consent surface for this; see Admin LMS Console. Consent is asked for expressly, not buried in general terms.
- Meetings. The meeting room is bring-your-own-link precisely so the Platform does not sit between you and your call, and your camera preview stays in your browser. See Raise Hand and Human Support.
- Your waitlist email. The address you give today is recorded for admissions follow-up. It is contact information you supplied for that purpose, and it is the address admissions will use when a cohort opens.
How the Platform collects, uses, and keeps personal information generally is governed by the Privacy Policy, which controls over this summary.
Help with access
There is no separate learner account to be locked out of. If the waitlist form is not working, retry it, then contact support. When you are enrolled, password resets, access problems, and merging duplicate customer accounts are handled through the same support route as every other account question: one identity means one support queue.
